The ground floor of de Molen is the home to The Dutch Market. Here you can purchase stone ground flour, milled right here in de Molen, along with yummy Dutch groceries, (including licorice, imported Dutch cheeses, croquettes, eel plus much more!). We also have a selection of de Molen, Dutch and NZ souvenirs.
The Dutch Market was previously situated on State Highway 1 Foxton.
At de Molen we mill flour using millstones in the traditional manner.
